JNI and cygwin.

Hi,

I assume that the cygwin/JNI combination has still not
been fixed in the latest version.
I need to make use of the cygwin libraries to get
TERMinal support.
Any workarounds?
Any other libraries supporting curses and TERMinal
operations for Windows would also be useful.
