Link problem when building cygwin1.dll (parsing cygwin.def)

cgf, I am somewhat confused. Do you think you ficed this issue. Which 
package I need to doenload in order this fix (for gendef)  to take place?

I duplicated the behavior by adding CRs to cygwin.din so this is a problem
with gendef.  I've checked in a fix.
