Subversion depends on crypt

Not sure if this is the right list, I do hope so.
Please also cc me since I'm not subscribed.

When installing subversion via setup.exe, crypt is not installed. 
Therefore the message "cygcrypt-0.dll could not be found" is displayed 
when I run svn.exe
