problem with 20050211 snapshot and keychain

I'm having a problem with the 20050211 snapshot (well, really with CVS
head built today, but that's just the snapshot plus a few whitespace
changes). When I run

% keychain ~/.ssh/id_dsa

I get

This is working fine with the 20050131 snapshot.

cygcheck output is attached.
