mini install of cygwin

Missed to attach the script, here is the configure options:

   export srcdir=../ && export prefix=/usr/local &&\
   ${srcdir}/configure \
   --source-path=${srcdir} --prefix="${prefix}" \
   --mandir='${prefix}/share/man' \
   --enable-gpl --enable-pthreads --enable-shared \
   --enable-pp --enable-a52 --enable-vorbis \
   [--disable-vhook]

No idea if vhook works.
