Problem with symbolic links and cygpath in 1.5.14

$ ln -s /bin /tmp

$ cygpath -w /tmp/bin
C:\cygwin\bin

$ cygpath -w /tmp/bin/ls.exe
C:\cygwin\tmp\bin\ls.exe

Worked fine in 1.5.13.
