cdtest with -Ur problem in binutils testsuite under cygwin

Hi all.

Just a quick question here... when running the binutils testsuite,
under cygwin, I get a problem with the ld test "cdtest with -Ur"..
this is indeed not a new problem... It's reported at
http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=46

May I ask if anyone here have comments on this PR?
