XEmacs+aspell failed on cygwin 1.5.14-1

There have been two "memory fault" issues.  One was with tetex and was not
a cygwin problem.

We're still waiting for details on the other one.  Perhaps you'd like to
provide us with details?  Where is this "fault"?  What *exactly* are you
seeing?
