Problem solved: Cygwin: rpc: unable to register

I was too quick with my answer to the last mail. Everything was working and
the error didn't vanish when I disabled a device but everything works fine
when I disable everything in respect to Bluetooth and Wireless LAN. Thanks
a lot for your help!
