Globetech Ventures Corp. has acquired a Brazilian company which owns
title to approximately 197,000 acres (approximately 80,000 hectares) of
mineral claims prospective for gold and other minerals, in the Vila Nova
greenstone belt in Northern Brazil. Recent favorable changes in Brazilian
mining laws coupled with higher commodity prices have renewed interest in
Brazil's natural resource sector.

Gold, Diamond and Mineral Potential

The Brazilian Vila Nova greenstone belt, which is part of the Guyianan
Shield, continues from neighboring countries Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname
and French Guyana and hosts active world-class gold mines. For example,
the Omai gold deposit in neighboring Guyana, has a resource of
approximately 4.2 million ounces of gold, a $1.6 billion value at current
gold prices. In the Brazilian Vila Nova greenstone belt, to the north
west of Globetech's claim area, lies the Amapari gold deposit; which was
recently acquired by Wheaton River Minerals for $105 million. In addition
to gold and diamonds there is also the possibility of location of
Zinc-Copper targets.

A combination of strong fundamentals and favorable technicals make this
company a STRONG BUY. The price of gold has recently been consolidating
near the lower end of its trading range. This is a buy area for gold and
gold mining stocks. Globetech has been severely undervalued. The company
