Professionally produced Cygwin CD?

Well, I won't go as far as saying they're "popular", but ISTR someone
offering a Cygwin CD distribution on this list sometime earlier this
year...  Try Googling for "cygwin distribution cd site:cygwin.com" or
something to that regard.  You might also throw a "2004" in there...
