Cygwin setup window size, why no maximize button enabled ?

If you search the archives of this mailing list for
"resizeable" you will find several long threads on
this topic.  The jist seems to be that this feature is
not yet implemented because it's bloody hard (not
trivial, as high-falutin' people say).  There's also a
lot of discussion regarding "meanness".
