The way I read the site <http://www.colinux.org/>, it is Linux, not Unix.
They are loading a Linux kernel, not Unix. See also
<http://www.colinux.org/wiki/index.php/coLinuxFAQ#A2>
Also ...
- it won't on Win9x/Me
<http://www.colinux.org/wiki/index.php/coLinuxFAQ#A11>
- they support only Win2K/XP, not NT
<http://www.colinux.org/?section=status>
- they currently suggest Cygwin/X for an X-server
