xfree86 cut/copy/paste

Try giving a "-clipboard" argument to XWin.exe, or use the "xwinclip"
utility (although the latter is outdated, IIRC).  Search the cygwin-xfree
list archives for either "clipboard" or "xwinclip" for more details.
