bash-2.05b-14 broken!

Yeah, this bash has the same problems that -12 did, and more.
PS1='\[[02;34m\]$PWD\[[02;33m\]>\[[0m\] '
There are some literal escape chars in that...
I get a colored prompt like this:
/home/rcampbell>
if I type t<tab><tab>, then I see a list of possible completions, and:
/home/rcampbell> t t
^^
These 2 characters have magically appeared, and are not erasable.
