ncurses line drawing characters terminfo problem?

Now, set TERM=rxvt-cygwin-native  (for "windows-mode" rxvt) or 
TERM=rxvt-cygwin   (for "X11" rxvt).

The only difference in these two term settings from "normal" rxvt is 
precisely that: the ACS chars.
