Install problem

 Well, I believe Windows users in general are used to that drastic step (I'd
have to reinstall/adjust things for a month or so afterwards).

 Having a recent backup is real nice. I usually backup before installing
bigger software packages (or applying "uncertain" changes) and on a less
intense timely schedule. This has prooved itself to be a good way.
