latest cygwin+perl+Tk for non X11 env.

Hello,

Does someone have working combo of Cygwin 1.5.5 + perl 5.8.2 + Tk for non
X11 environment? Looks like previously posted recipe for Tk800.022 + 2
patches not working anymore - it fails during make.
