cygcheck and mount -X

For some reason I had to mount /bin with mount -X
But this way cygcheck doesn't work correctly. When I run "cygcheck -s" it
reports bad parameters saying:

Usage: cygcheck [OPTIONS] [PROGRAM...]
Check system information or PROGRAM library dependencies

 -c, --check-setup check packages installed via setup.exe
...
-V, --version output version information and exit
You must at least give either -s or -k or a program name
