I think I started in B16 or B17. I can still remember the anticipation
when a new version of cygwin came out but invariably all of the bugs I
noticed (and reported) in the previous release went unfixed. That's
what prompted me to start contributing. It also prompted my first
"Things don't get fixed by complaining about them" email to
gnu-win32@cygnus.com.
