Changes to default profile

Hey all -
	I'd like to provide some very minor corrections (3 lines) to the
default /etc/profile.  I gather from what I've read in the Cygwin
contributors FAQ that my contribution would most likely be outside the scope
of Cygwin proper.  How do I find out who the maintainer or proper contact
for that file is?  I'm not even sure what package it comes with.
