Autoconf produces CRLF file with Cygwin DLL 1.3.22

Hi all, 

please CC: me in your replies.

After Cygwin upgrade, autoconf started producing DOS linebreaks in 
the output "configure" file. As a result, it's not usable on UNIX systems. 

With DLL version 1.3.20 everything goes allright.

1.3.21 still produces CRLF in configure.

Any clue or bugfix is very much welcome.
