gcc 2.95 and above for cygwin environment

Deepa,

1. There was no attachment.
2. Whenever a situation of this nature comes up, use the search resource
at <http://cygwin.com/packages/>.  The results returned in this case
(<http://cygwin.com/cgi-bin2/package-grep.cgi?grep=cygintl-2.dll>)
show the package you need to install to resolve this situation.  You
should not have to update anything else, BTW.
