Subject: Using two versions of cygwin1.dll

I am running my program from cygwin shell.
My program uses a customized version of the cygwin1.dll
Can I have two versions of dll one for the shell and one for my program and
invoke my program from the (shell)command prompt?

thanks,
Vishal
