After I install Cygwin . What should I do next.

I got $ prompt =85. =A0There=92s =93 I have no name!@ My computername=85

I try to type login=A0 =85 . what is my login and password.=A0 =85

Is there another document about cygwin =A0

I already see www.cygwin.com <http://www.cygwin.com/>  .
