lsearch / search.h

In the actual cygwin GCC (gcc-3.2-3)
I did not find the header search.h containing lsearch.
I am not sure whether function lsearch is part of ANSI C,
but it is available under Linux GCC and MS VC.

Did I make something wrong with the installation?
Can I find it on some other place?
