libxml2/libxslt binaries: libxml2 version mismatch in xsltproc

Well, for future reference, unclear messages get a 'clarify or go away'
response 100% of the time.

I need time to do a new build , a new libxml and libxslt have just been
released anyway. For now, you can build your own, using the patches in
the cygwin source packages as a starting point.

I suspect this is an age thing, not a version mismatch BTW.
