Cygwin 1.3.11(CVS): "rm -f" no longer works on non-existant files

Darn yahoo converted my plusses to underscores...so the
strace+stackdump.*.tar.bz2 files are now:

strace_stackdump.1.tar.bz2
strace_stackdump.2.tar.bz2

Hope this prevents any confusion :).
