Win32API

The archives don't seem to give me any clear understanding
of whether what I want to do is possible.
I want to use Win32API:: Perl Modules under Cygwin, _without_
swapping real Perl for ActiveState's perl.

Has anyone gotten Win32API::Registry to work?
