vt320 and Cygwin

Heyo.

At work, we use Kermit95 to telnet from our Windows
machines (all flavors) to our AIX box.  Has to do with
vt320 and function key functionality, from what I've
been told.

I came up with the idea of using Cygwin's telnet to
telnet in with vt320.  Unfortunately, the default
Cygwin installation doesn't seem to put a vt320
section in /etc/termcap.  Has anyone tried it?
