New for testing binutils-20020629-1

Chris,

I am pleased to report that the new binutils, at first glance, seems to
have built a fully functional cygwin1.dll.  This report is for the
WindowsME platform compiling the latest cvs sources for Cygwin.  Thanks
for your hard work!
