Executing commands is VERY slow when logged into an NT domain....

Actually, I am no longer experiencing this slowness either
after upgrading to the latest cygwin package 1.3.11-3. It
must've been something that was fixed in the package files
that I wasn't getting by installing only the DLL snapshots.
