flaw in cygwin 1.3.11.3

hi
i tryed to update to openssh 3.3 with cygwin 1.3.11.3 today. after that
i could not change to a linked directory using the ssh.com gui sftp
client v3.1. i.e. i didnt see the link , and when a tried to change the
direcory manually the program couldn't find it. using sftp2 from the
commandline works fine (so does a ssh-login).
when i went back to cygwin 1.3.10 it worked again.
