User id problem with cygwin1.dll [1.3.11-3]

Yes, and before the installation of the newest cygwin1.dll version [1.3.11-3],
everything was fine. When I saw, that it does not work, I have regenerated the
/etc/passwd and the /etc/group files, but the result was the same.
