installation pkg customiztion

...Thanks to developers of Cygwin, the setup has never been so easy..

How about inserting a step (before d/l the pkgs) to save/load
install-pkg-customiaztion for next release? I'm sure that at least some of
the users including me dont need all the pkg...thanks again
