Still can't install gmp-4.1 with cygwin on WindowsMe

I first send the message that "libtool : cannot fork ; resource temporary
unavailable"
on Tue,11 Jun 2002.After that I updated some cygwin files,but installing
gmp-4.1 fails
on make progress.
 I already know some people reported gmp-4.1 or gmp-4.0.1 can be installed
with
cygwin on Windows XP or Windows 2000.But it costs expensively for me to
replace
the OS to Windows XP / 2000.
