GUI of New Setup 2.249.2.2

The new setup is satisfactory in general. Only that the dialogue box seems a
little smaller (and not resizable). On Chinese Windows, it is so bad that
the bottom scroll bar is nearly invisible. Please take a look at the
attached screen shot.

Sorry I can't fix it myself. I can't even build the current version from
source. I would have happily done it myself if I knew how. I am only a happy
user of Cygwin and am gratitude for what the Cygwin developers has already
done.
