Resizing the Packages window?

Cygwinners:

On the last setup.exe I downloaded (2.249.2.2) the packages window is
much smaller than it was on the previous verions, and does not seem to
be resizable.  

How do I make it larger?  The other windows in setup look to be about
the same size, give or take a few pixels, but this one is bordering on
unreadable for my bordering on bogus eyes.
