Cron problem : can't switch user context

Hi,
I've a particular situation with a NT server whose Domain Controler is
an OS/2 server so when i want to generate the passwd file with the -d
option i get the following message :
mkpasswd: [124] The system call level is not correct.
I've generate the last file with -l option and i can use telnet,ftp and
rsh on this server but the cron service tell that it can't switch user
context.
