zgrep(1) does not know bzip2 files?

[Jari Aalto+list.cygwin]

    I noticed that zgrep utility only looks for gzipped files.
    I think it should also work over bz2 files.

    If I hack the file to add support for bzip, Where should I
    send the patch to get it into Cygwin distribution?
