dircmp, exist somewhere?

I've not seen a version of the dircmp command under cygwin.
Nor under ast for that matter.
Nor with a search on the gnu website.
Which is probably why it is not in the cygwin distribution.

Anyone know of a suitable alternative to this useful tool?
