Please try 2002-06-29 snapshot

Hello,

Regarding the snapshot (I tried the 2002-06-30 snapshot) and problem 
http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2002-06/msg01658.html i noticed that there is 
no improvement.

So I continue to stick with the old dll.
