1.3.6-6: fchdir broken

Hello,

fchdir() function is broken for version 1.3.6-6. The symptom is the same
as for the early 1.3.3:

chdir("/some/dir/foo")
fd=open(".", RDONLY)
chdir("/some/dir/bar")
fchdir(fd) will not change to "/some/dir/foo" but remain in
"/some/dir/bar".
