gcc 3.0.3

[David Portabella]

in the actual cygwin, the last version of gcc with java compiler option is
not included.
any one has succesfully builded gcc 3.0 in windows?
i've tried in several ways, but i did not succeded. any one can explai me
how to achieve it?
