1.3.10 and setgid

That's weird, actually.  You should have a group 513 which
is either your native version of "None" on a standalone box
or "Domain Users" if you're in a domain.

Please check rebuilding with mkgroup again.  If mkgroup doesn't
create a group 513, we have a glitch here.
