Cygwin 1.3.9 - gcc isn't working!

Hello isaque,

Two different copies of cygwin1.dll... This is wrong! Remove the one from
C:\WINNT.

Having two or more copies of cygwin1.dll, and further, having two or more copies
with different versions is not recommended.
