1) BEHAVIOUR -------------
Description:
(a) Telnet session from system A to cygwin system B
(b) Type telnet escape char and quit, or kill telnet
(c) Another telnet session from system A to cygwin system B
(d) On system B telnetd of step (a) is gone, user shell (a) is running
