ttcp package is out

Stanislav -
   This is not what Corinna meant when she said "send an announcement". 
  First (and most importantly), it should go to 
cygwin-announce@cygwin.com (which automagically relays the messages to 
cygwin@cygwin.com).  Second,  the announcement messages usually follow a 
specific format -- although I'm not sure instructions on using setup are 
still necessary every time a package is updated/added...

Anyway, check the cygwin-announce@ mailing list archives for examples.
