Running Squid using cygrunsrv

And this is the result
Administrator:~# cygrunsrv -I squidcache -p /usr/bin/squid.exe -a -D
Administrator:~# cygrunsrv -S squidcache
cygrunsrv: Error starting a service: QueryServiceStatus: Win32 error 1062:
The service has not been started.
Any advice?

You need to use -D to run squid as a service.
