Gcc 3.2 -mno-cygwin

Several hours after I posted a notice of the problem the above was posted...
in it's message content is : It adds the "-mno-cygwin"
functionality to the standard gcc package.


So yeah - it was all totally my fault.  and Gosh - I guess it WAS working
for everyone else.
